Australia shorten again for the Ashes - England now a top industry price of 8/13

AUSTRALIA'S ASHES odds have shortened again according to Ladbrokes.

The bookies have trimmed Australia to 5/2 (from 11/4) in light of their performance against India leaving England a top industry price of 8/13 for the 2013 series.

England continue to drift on the back of their performance against Pakistan and they're now 15/8 to salvage the test. There's no splitting the draw and Pakistan at 7/4 each.

Alex Donohue of Ladbrokes said: "We're happy to be top price about an England Ashes victory. Australia's seam attack continue to make the headlines and we can only envisage their odds shortening should they carry on in this vein."
